Concraft B.V., trading as Concraft Studio, handles personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process, why, and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

  • Contact details: name, company name, email address, phone number and address.
  • Details about your project: the property address, wishes, floor build-up, photos and drawings you share with us.
  • Data from quotes, orders and invoices.
  • What you tell us through forms, email, phone, the partner portal or social media.
  • If you book an appointment through the website: the chosen time, and whether you want to receive our newsletter.
  • Technical data when you visit the website, such as the pages you view and which ad or link brought you there.

What we use it for

  • To contact you and handle your request, appointment or quote.
  • To carry out, plan and invoice the work.
  • To give partners access to the partner portal.
  • To send you information about our products and projects, only if you have chosen to receive it. You can always unsubscribe through the link in every email.
  • To improve our website, advertising and services.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as the tax retention period.

Legal basis

We process data because it is needed for a quote or contract, because we have a legitimate interest (such as maintaining business relationships), because the law requires it, or because you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

The website only uses necessary cookies to work and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) are only placed if you give consent in the cookie notice. Your choice is kept for one year; you can change it at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the website is used, we count visits without cookies and without storing anything on your device: which pages are viewed, for how long, through which website or campaign you arrived, the type of device and browser, and your approximate region. We do not store your IP address; we only use an anonymous code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you across days. This data is for our use only and is not shared.

Social media

We publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, among others. We use connections with these platforms to post on our own business pages and view the results. Through these connections we do not process personal data of visitors, other than public comments on our own posts.

Who we share data with

We never sell data. We only share it when necessary, with parties that help us: our hosting and software providers (such as Supabase, Microsoft and Railway), our accountant, and craftspeople or subcontractors working on your project. We make agreements with these parties about the security of your data. Some providers process data outside the EU; this then happens under the safeguards of the GDPR.

How long we keep data

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Data from quotes and orders is kept for as long as the relationship lasts, and after that for as long as the law requires (seven years for the accounts). Contact details for newsletters are deleted after you unsubscribe.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, role-based access and two-factor authentication.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Email info@concraft.studio to exercise these rights. We respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this statement. The most recent version is always on this page.
